London Calling!

Tomorrow I'm off to London at 4:00 a.m.!  From Columbia to Dulles, and then on to Heathrow.  United Airlines features an unusual (and single) day flight that gets you there about 10 p.m.  Get a good night's sleep and voila!  no jet lag (or just a little :).  A bit crisp in London in December, but worth it, even for a Southern boy like me!

First time to London.  Excited to see the city that I imagined in the 1980s, when I listened to the likes of the Clash and the Police.  I miss those days of punk, reggae, and new wave, but I'm sure London will take me back in some small way to that time and place.  More reports and pictures soon...
